Nellie became a realtor in 2007. She started her real estate career in Central Texas helping military families relocating to and from Ft. Hood. She relocated to Ocala, Florida to be near her family in 2018. She is an Army veteran, wife and mom, she has a lifelong commitment to service. This is evident in her P.A.S.SI.O.N. for real estate. Each letter represents a core value that shapes her approach:
Professionalism in every interaction
Appreciation for my clients
Service-oriented mindset
Selfless dedication
Integrity in all transactions
Ownership of responsibilities
Never quit attitude
Whether you are buying your first home, selling an existing home or seeking your dream retirement home, she will be with you through every step of the journey providing guidance and advice in your best interest.
Her commitment doesn’t end at the closing table: Nellie Strives to build lasting relationships with her clients, becoming a trusted source for all their real estate needs. She believes in empowering others with knowledge, transparency, and unwavering support. Thus, making the complex process of buying or selling a home as smooth and rewarding as possible.
Her passions are spending time with her family and volunteering for veterans’ organizations. Her hobbies are riding her motorcycle, playing pool, and golf.
Cynthia, a 5th Generation Floridian, grew up in Levy County visiting bordering Marion County weekly. A love of horse from birth she always had one to ride and explore her grandpa’s 800-acre farm.
At 15, she worked summers in the Broodmare Division at Farnsworth Farms, a prominent Thoroughbred Farm in Marion County. After Cynthia graduated from Williston, she worked at Farnsworth full time in both the Broodmare Division and Training Divisions, attending the Hialeah Sales for 2-year-olds every January where Farnsworth had an average consignment of 90 horses.
Years later she was employed by the Florida Thoroughbred Breeders’ Association where she met and made quite a few contacts. Also having a love of photography Cynthia has taken photographs for both advertising and editorial use in local, regional and national magazines; her photos have been seen on the cover of the OBS (Ocala Breeders’ Sales) catalogs, OBS Feed, and the Florida Thoroughbred Magazine as well as in Ocala Style.
In early 2017, Cynthia obtained her Florida Real Estate License and has been a Licensed REALTOR since that time – spending six of those nine years in New Home Sales – both with the 55+ community of On Top of the World and with a New Home Builder in the popular areas of Ocala Waterways and Marion Oaks.
Cynthia is dedicated to helping people achieve their real estate dreams, whatever those dreams may be, from the first-time home buyer looking for a home near work and schools, to the 55+ buyer looking for a community with amenities, to someone looking for a little more of nature. Don’t hesitate to reach out to her for assistance with your real estate goals.

![Ever wonder why so many homeowners who bought during 2020–2021 are gearing up to sell in 2025? Life changes like job moves, growing families, or new priorities are inspiring pandemic-era buyers: especially those in their 30s and 40s: to take advantage of rapid equity growth and make their next big move.
Unlike the old trend of staying put for a decade, these sellers have built up significant equity thanks to skyrocketing home values during the pandemic. Their choices are increasing local inventory, giving buyers more options and helping the market stay dynamic. If you’re considering a sale or move-up opportunity, there’s a lot to gain from this year’s unique trends!
